The short version

Vakil Saab Agra is a static website. There is no account system, no login and no enquiry form. We do not ask you for your name, phone number or email in order to search the directory, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s personal information to anybody.

Information we do not collect

Because there is no registration and no lead-capture form, we do not collect your name, address, phone number, email address, case details or any documents through this website. When you call or WhatsApp an advocate from a profile page, that conversation is directly between you and them — it does not pass through us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service, and this site sets no cookies at all.

Your browser may store a small amount of data locally (for example, your last search filters) so the page behaves sensibly. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Counting clicks and views

We count, anonymously, how many times each advocate’s profile is opened and how many times somebody taps call, WhatsApp or copy-number on it. We do this for one reason: so that we can tell the advocate how their listing is actually performing, in numbers, instead of asking them to take our word for it.

What gets recorded is the kind of action, which advocate’s profile it happened on, whether it happened in the directory or on that advocate’s own microsite, and the time. What does not get recorded, ever: your IP address, your browser’s user-agent, your location, or anything else that could identify you. No cookie is set and no personal data is stored. A random identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage purely so the same click is not counted twice within thirty seconds — it is never linked to a person, never shared, and disappears when you close the tab.

We also keep a count of what people type into the search box, so we know which legal problems Agra is actually searching for. Search text is stored on its own with no identifier attached to it, is trimmed, and has any long run of digits stripped out first — so a phone number pasted into the box is not kept.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we count nothing at all.

Advocate listings

Advocate names, enrolment numbers, chamber addresses, practice areas, photographs and contact numbers are published on this site with the consent of the advocate concerned, who supplies them for the express purpose of being listed publicly. Any advocate may ask us to correct or remove their listing at any time by messaging us from their registered number, and we act on such requests within one working day.

When you contact us

If you call, WhatsApp or email us for help choosing an advocate, we keep only what is needed to answer you, and only for as long as needed. Please do not send us case papers or confidential documents — share those only with the advocate you engage.

Third-party links

Profile pages link to Google Maps and to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they collect once you leave this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above always reflects the current version. Questions about privacy can be sent to vakilsaabagra@gmail.com or on +91 89544 02360.
